Online Store Terms

The Blue Star Barbershop Online Store hosted at www.bluestarbarbershop.com and associated products are operated and sold exclusively under the independent Ohio limited liability company BSB Grooming, LLC (“BSB Grooming”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We reserve the right to change the below terms and policies by updating this Terms webpage.

GENERAL

  • A Blue Star Online Account is required to purchase our products. All customers and online account holders must be at least 13 years of age, US citizens or permanent residents. Blue Star reserves the right to cancel any Blue Star Online Account for a breach of these terms or any other lawful reason.
  • BSB Grooming sells only to customers in the continental United States of America. All other sales are expressly prohibited.
  • Products should be used only as intended. Product resale is prohibited.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • We ship only to residential or business addresses within the continental United States.
    e.g. Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands are excluded at this time.
  • We provide discounted or free shipping on Order Subtotals exceeding $75 (“Order Subtotal” is the final sale amount less promotional discount, shipping, and tax.)
  • Orders are currently shipped via FedEx using FedEx’s Home Delivery or Ground service level (“Standard Shipping”). Delivery time using these service levels is typically 3-5 business days.
  • Orders are generally shipped/picked up Monday through Friday, subject to FedEx availability.
  • Standard shipping and handling charges apply. Any additional fees charged by the carrier (including import, duties, taxes and fees) must be paid by the customer.
  • Due to regulations, some of our products may be required to ship by ground; if one or more products requires ground, your entire order will be shipped via ground shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We currently do not ship to addresses outside of the continental United States.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

  • Orders are generally fulfilled within 3 business days Monday thru Friday. Please anticipate an additional 3-5 business days for delivery time.
  • You can check the status of your order online using your live receipt link that was emailed to you as confirmation of your order.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

  • Promotional discounts may not be applied to already discounted or “on sale” items. Limit one promotion per sale.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible purchases and to modify or cancel any promotional offer due to system error.

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • Payment: Full payment is required to complete your order. If the payment does not clear or is otherwise later cancelled or unsuccessful, we reserve the right to cancel the order completely.
  • We accept only currency denominated in US dollars.
  • We ordinarily accept returns and exchanges within 45 days of the date of sale. This may be limited by special circumstances and/or the discretion of the employee performing the return.
  • Customer is responsible for cost of shipping for returns and exchanges.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the instructions and the bottom of your order purchase confirmation email.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY/TRADEMARKS

All design, content, logos, product descriptions or other assets that may be construed as intellectual property are copyright and/or trademarks of Blue Star Barbershop, BSB Grooming, LLC, or their affiliate companies unless otherwise specified. Nothing within our website should be construed as granting any license of right to use any copyright or trademark without our prior written consent.

LIABILITY

  • BSB Grooming’s liability shall not exceed the customer’s sale amount or will be limited to the greatest extent allowed by applicable law.
  • If products are damaged or stolen, please follow the instructions at the bottom of your order confirmation email.
  • We cannot always guarantee the availability of the products or the website and shall not be exposed to any liability as a result thereof.
  • We cannot guarantee the timeliness of our shipping carrier’s deliveries. If there is an issue with shipping, please contact us following the instructions at the bottom of your order confirmation email.

SECURITY & DATA USE & PROTECTION

  • We implement industry best practices for securing customer information.
  • We do not receive or store your sensitive payment card information on our servers. All payment cards are stored with our PCI DSS-compliant payment processor Stripe, Inc.
  • While we do not share your data with third-parties, BSB Grooming reserves the right to share data with its directly affiliated companies for promotional or advertising purposes.
