Here’s what you need to know before you hit the chair.

Not at all. The software requires a card to hold your spot—you won’t be charged upfront. Just hit “pay in person” during booking to pay in shop with your preferred method. Paying in person will also avoid the fee from the booking software.
No, you do not need to select a tip amount at the time of online booking if you are paying in person at the shop. You can tip after your service.
No, you do not need to select a stylist. For the first available appointment, please click on the "Choose a Service First" to book with any professional.
We have a flexible Cancellation Policy — You can cancel or reschedule anytime, up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid any fees - this allows us to take care of your favorite Barber and open up availability for other clients that may need your spot.

*A "Cancellation Fee" will be charged on your card at the full price of your booked appointment only if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or we do not hear from you at all 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment.
